All about Owa

Mommy on Owa-
This little girl is just a treasure! She is into everything and very ornery. All the "good" underwear were disappearing and I kept finding them under the bed. I didn't think much of it until one day Olivia came out of her room with Mermaid Panties on and I hadn't noticed them in the drawer. I put it together and realized Olivia had been stockpiling all the princess underwear under the bed so she didn't have to share with Addi! She loves to read and can play independently as well as with others really well.

She is into anything "fancy" and can't wait to get her ears pierced or "holed" as she calls it. Her nickname is "OWA" because when the triplets were little they left the entire middle part of her name out-LIVI and only could prounce the beginning and end O A. I think she will forever be Owa. Especially after I heard her soccer coach shout Owa from the sideline.

Below is a picture she drew of Clayton and I getting married in the temple. I love my lashes and Clayton's really long arms!

Halloween Love Affair

I can't get the kids to dress in "theme" costumes any more (The 3 bears) so Clayton and I partnered up this year with Christy as a police officer, a donut and an escaped convict! Christy joined us last minute. She was meant to go with her baby Chander- He being a Pea and she a carrot- thus her orange convict suit but she never got the carrot top together.

Christy and Darsh hosted the best halloween party ever. The Indian Summer we have been enjoying made Halloween just perfect.

End of Soccer

Soccer season has ended. Here are some photos of the Giants' last game.

Eli still chose to sit out most of the time at games. He says he'll play when he's five.

Very 1st Soccer Game Ever in This Life

You can imagine, if you haven't seen one before, a soccer game played by four-year-olds. Overall it was a good experience and we hope it will teach them something about life. Eli chose to sit out this time around, despite much encouragement and a candy bribe by his parents.

For some reason Addi was the one who had all the confidence on game day.

Kansas City Air Show

We had an awesome Saturday at the air show. Here are just a few pics and video. After 9 years of marriage I learned something new about Clayton- His favorite airplane is the P 38 Lighting (a more correct statement would be one if his favorite airplanes)!

The Oracle Challenger was one of my favorites! The pilot get scaring me. The video is bad but you get the idea. It was really hard to film with the camera and the kids on our laps!

Parent Watch Week

Addi and Owa have been taking a 6 week "princess dance class" at the Merriam Community Center. Parents are not allowed into the classroom until the last one. It was fun to watch the girls get into it and see what they have been doing.

Leaving their mark on the world!

Eli, Olivia, and Addison are really into writing their names in all kinds of ways and places! Olivia wrote her name on her swimsuit "so we would know it was hers."

We started a motivational sticker chart that seems to be working out well. They earn stickers for cleaning up toys, dressing quickly, etc. The reward is a private trip on an errand with mom or dad!
